Volume III explains the importance of the ITP and how "good time" is calculated to expedite the parole hearing. Understanding the framework for a professional parole packet in volume IV.

Volume V and VI deal with Institutional Parole Officer and responsibilities as well as preparing for the the IPO interview. Also included are the step an offender will take once a parole certificate has been issued.

The last volume deals with release facts and charts and the "Employment Handbook for Ex - Offenders" by the Department of Labor.
